Francesco Fanfani

Dr. Fanfani F. graduated at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Rome in 1998. Degree in Medicine, magnum cum laude. Thesis of degree: "Role of p53 in ovarian cancer: clinical and therapeutic implications" (relater: Prof. S. Mancuso). Residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, magnum cum laude. Thesis of degree: "Modulation of radical surgical treatment of cervical cancer" at the same institution in 2003. He worked in the Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of the Hospital of the Sacred Heart- "Don Calabria" from 2003 to 2004 with professor L. Minelli. From 2004 to 2008 he worked as Medical doctor in the Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Gynaecologic Oncology of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Prof. G.Scambia), Campobasso, Italy. From 2008 to 2013 he worked as Medical doctor in the Dept. of Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Gynaecologic Oncology of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Prof. G.Scambia), Rome, Italy. Medical Doctor from April 2013 at Institute for Maternal and Child Health – IRCCS "Burlo Garofolo" – Trieste, Italy Dr Fanfani has authored more than 90 publications (original article, case report, reviews, video, abstracts) published in international peer-review journals. Authors of 5 books and several chapters. He has been personally invited as speaker in several national and international meetings and organized national and international courses and meetings. He has been teacher and tutor in national and international endoscopic courses on pelvic trainer, animal model and human cadaver.
